November 1 - July 31   $3600/week for up to 6 people including children
                               $500/week for each additional person; maximum 8 people
August 1 - October 31 $2800/week for up to 6 people including children
                               $500/week for each additional person; maximum 8 people
 

Apartment:              $1100/week year ‘round - maximum 2
